What are toning tables
Easy Tone Toning Tables help you develop strength throughout your body. The exercises you are guided through on the different tables are not limited to any specific age range or fitness level. If you want to get in shape with a regular exercise regime which is therapeutic and strengthening for your whole body, then this is the perfect program for you. You may have tried other options such as reformer pilates and need something more tailored to your body.
Our toning tables are great for mobility issues, and relaxation problems or a lifetime disability being just some of the many areas of health problems our toning tables have assisted to improve successfully.
What are toning tables
The toning tables are set up in a circuit, with 8 tables forming the basis of a 1 hour exercise session. The tables have been scientifically created to target certain muscle groups, developing, strengthening, stretching your muscles. At the end of your 1 hour session, you will have exercised every muscle in your body!

to facilitate improvement of health and quality of life.
There is an additional circuit of chairs for those who may struggle to get down and off the table circuit.
Hip Waist Trimmer
Gently stretches and relaxes the muscles, which in turn firms, tightens and reduces the waist, abdomen, hips and buttocks. Also helps to strengthen lower back. Offers knee and hip flexion and extension.
Tones and tightens the muscles in stomach and hips as well as strengthening the abdominal muscles.
Tones and tightens the entire midriff area – putting elasticity back into the abdominal muscles helping to reduce unsightly tummy bulge. Strengthens the abdominals and the lower back.
The smooth circular action effectively tones, strengthens and trims the entire leg area. improves flexibility and mobility of joints. The action also offers knee and hip flexion and extension, increases circulation to lower torso.
Isolates the muscles of the inner and outer thighs, toning and trimming. Assists in smoothing rippled thighs (cellulite).
Strengthens and tightens abdominal muscles and lower back. Improves muscle tone all over the body and helps to trim the waistline. Wonderful for improving posture and flexibility
Upper Body Toner
Exercises and firms the upper body. By lifting the rib cage, improved posture and shoulder flexibility is achieved. This action also stretches and tones the upper end of the abdominal wall.
The rowing action tones the chest, back, upper arms and shoulder area. The circulator eases tension and stress, improves blood and lymphatic circulation and promotes a feeling of well-being.
